Join Chef Cynthia B for a session of really interesting cheeses, wines and foods from
the Pyrenees Mountains and the Basque region of Spain.
Her recent trip to Spain has led to a wider knowledge of the epicurean delights of this area. Chef’s studies of artisanal cheeses from the University of Vermont focused on cheeses from the Pyrenees. She will share this information with you in a class you’ll truly enjoy.
