Chef Cynthia is an American professional chef, caterer, wine and food instructor, cheese maven, and owner of Old School Jams. Chef is focused on seasonal dishes incorporating foods she has experienced on her numerous worldwide culinary excursions.
She brings her love of ingredients, wine, and cuisines to her artisanal jams, specialty food, and all her presentations: wine, food and cheese classes, catering, and international epicurean tours.

OLD SCHOOL JAMS
Chef Cynthia has devised a line of condiments that sprung from her love of the produce market and wine flavors.
While working on wine notes for her classes and private clients, she often felt that the palate descriptors were symbiotic. For example, some of the characteristics of a Burgundian Chardonnay are “ flavors of fall pears with lemon and ginger.”
Sustainability is at the core of my company. We utilize best practices in pursuit of the lowest possible carbon footprint.
