You may not know some of these grapes that are the darlings of the Italian restaurant scene;
the whites Fiano d’Avelino, Coda de Volpe, Verdeca and Carricante.

The Reds– elegant Nerello Mascalese, Calabrian Gaglioppo, Negroamaro, Aglianico Taurasi.

Southern Italian Cheeses tend to be fresh or sheep and goat’s milk, although there are a few cows’ milk that are shipped to the US.

Depending on local availability, Chef Cynthia will offer:

  • Goat’s Milk Ricotta Salata
  • Bianco Cossu
  • Caciocavallo Podolico
  • Pecorino Gran Reserva
  • Provolo Calabrese
  • Flavored Piacentino
  • Ragusano

Chef Cynthia’s Old School Jams and Condiments:

  •  Nectarine and Orange Flower Conserva
  •  Saffron Mustard
  • Red Wine and Roasted Garlic Jelly
